Biography

He has been a researcher geologist at ENEA since 2004. His current research lines are mainly targeted to landslide risk mitigation and sustainable management of water resources. Particular attention is paid to rapid landslides in rock and soil and related low-impact mitigation measures, including ground based monitoring and Early Warning Systems. He conducts monitoring of the hydrogeological parameters of river and groundwater, aimed at defining the hydrogeological balance of lake areas. He was ENEA member at the Civil Protection Operational Committee and responsible for the Collaboration Agreement between ENEA and the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano and Martignano.
