It is awarded to the work that best represents the universal value of water as a cultural, symbolic and connecting element between territories through the Capital and its liquid heritage.
Furthermore, Special Mentions will be awarded to short films, including those shot on smartphones, that best interpret the following sub-themes of the Festival:

The organization reserves the right to provide additional prizes, which are being defined, that will be offered by the Sponsors and awarded during the final evening.
