A) Scope and purpose of treatment. Scope of the treatment: the data treatment will be used for the booking. The recorded data might be used for statistical or market researches the results of which may be disclosed. Purpose of treatment: the data treatment is done through hand and automated tools, like computer data management and telecommunication procedures.
B) – C) Compulsory nature and consequences of data refusal. The compulsory data: name, surname, e-mail, phone number. In case of lacking data insertion the person concerned can’t use the service.
D) Disclosure. Personal data wil not be subject to disclosure to third parties without specific authorization from the interested party.
E) Rights of person concerned. According to Privacy Code Art. 7:
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of existence or not of persona data concerning him, even if not yet registered, together with communication of same in comprehensible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the aims and modalities of processing; c) of the logic applied in case where processing is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of identifying details of owner, of responsible parties and of representative whenever indicated as per art. 5, paragraph 2; e) of subjects and categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or of which they may become acquainted as representative designated in the Country territory, responsible parties or persons in charge.
3. The person in charge has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, whenever interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, or block of data processed in the case of breach of law, including that data for which conservation of same is not necessary in relation to reasons for which same has been collected or subsequently processed; c) attestation that operations as per letters a) and b) have been communicated, even as far as their contents are concerned, to those to whom data has been communicated or diffused, except in the case where such fulfilment proves to be impossible or entails means which are clearly out of proportion with respect to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, either entirely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons to processing of personal data concerning him, even though it relates to object of data collection; b) to processing of personal data concerning him, destined for advertising material, direct sale or fulfilment market researches or commercial communication.
F) Owner of treatment. Following consultation of this site data concerning the identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
