Biography

Filippo was born in Rome on October 13th 1993. He made his film debut in 2012 in Scialla!,directed by Francesco Bruni .For his brilliant performance he got tHe prestigious award Guglielmo Biraghi as a newcomer of the year  In the same year he played as lead in Una giornata speciale , directed by Francesca Comencini which was presented at 69th Venice Film Festival( official competition) In 2013 he got the lead role in Bianca come il latte rossa come il sangue,stars Luca Argentero directed by Giacomo Campiotti.

In 2014, he played Fabio’s role in the film directed by Ferzab Özpetek, Allacciate le cinture. In the same year he co-starred with Luca Marinelli in ” Il mondo fino in fondo directed by Alessandro Lunardelli .The story is about two young brothers and takes place in Chile and Patagonia. In 2015, he got a regular role in a tv series for Rai,” Sotto copertura ” directed by Giulio Manfredonia. In the same year he played as lead in Carlo Carlei ‘ s film ,”Il confine”.He played the role of Bruno, a young soldier during World War One

In 2016, he landed the lead role “Non è un paese per giovani”directed by Giovanni Veronesi. Cast includes Sara Serraiocco Giovanni Anzaldo Sergio Rubini and Nino Frassica.
