Evelina Nazzari

Evelina Nazzari, actress, made her débuts at the age of 20 in Cyrano de Bergerac. She since played in movies and on television, but mainly dedicated herself to theatre, acting in a number of classical and contemporary plays.

In the last years, following a tragic bereavement, she explored other, more intimate forms of art, such as writing, fictional and dramatic, and photography.

She exhibited in several Roman galleries and in the Council of Europe building in Strasbourg.

Among her numerous publications, special mention must be made of the autobiographic volume Spesso sono arrivata seconda and the plays Torna tra nove mesi (performed in Rome in 2013, 2014 and 2022 by the author herself and Maddalena Recino) and Il viaggio di Carlotta, both included in the volume Altrove.
