Biography

Caterina Boccardi from Rome, where she works as a synchronized swimming and swimming instructor. He started swimming at the age of three under the watchful eye of his parents. At the age of six he joined the competitive swimming and synchronized swimming sector. After graduating in Communication Sciences he obtained a Masters in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He has always made communication a lifestyle, communicating is a primary need, both for humans and for animals.

For Boccardi, sport is something immense, an elixir of happiness, something she couldn’t do without, a passion: “when I swim I don’t think, I relax”.

When she’s not swimming, she loves to write. Author of the novel “And So?!” Alter-Ego editions, where for the entire narration you find yourself immersed in water, Boccardi has come out with her second novel “Verde Pallido” editions Scatole Parlanti where the water element reappears and this summer with her new works ” Rome closed city “, Albatros editions of reflections on Covid and how she and the Italians live this war and “Hidden Realities” Dialoghi editions. A story of resilience, a painting with decisive, bitter traits and at the same time full of hope and vitality. In September it came out with a story “Aria-Soffio” published by Book Sprint Edizioni, where the central theme of this study is that of a possible/impossible love between a human being and a being in PVC because doing it with a human is much more complicated.

In December we see her again with her novel Accomplices published by Cantera Edizioni where she tells the story of a woman, Aurora, who has managed to redeem herself in life. She has always dreamed of love in all its forms but came across a narcissistic and cowardly husband from whom she later found the courage to walk away. Faced with the impossibility of receiving love from those who should have protected her, she understands that she can only count on her own strength. A troubled story, with bitter traits but at the same time full of hope. The demonstration of how the good feelings and strength of women can cope with any adversity. For Accomplices, he received the special mention of merit from the President of the CASASANREMO Writers National Competition Laura Delli Colli.
