The Casa del Cinema in Rome was completely restored and inaugurated on the 18th September 2004 by the Under-Secretary in the Council of Ministers, and saw the presence of practically the entire Italian film world, who enthusiastically welcomed the Under-Secretary. At present, it has three screening theatres equipped with the most up to date digital technology (the Deluxe theatre, the Kodak theatre and the Gian Maria Volontè theatre). It also has an open-air theatre equipped with a screen, dressing rooms and toilet facilities, two exhibition halls and a cafeteria-restaurant run by Palombini.

Sala Deluxe 
This cinema, which has a certificate of excellence, was built by Deluxe and seats one hundred and twenty four spectators. It is equipped with the most modern screening and sound systems, as well as equipment for 2K digital high definition video-projection that can be linked to the satellite from “the remote” for HD video-projection of films and events. The cinema also screens with DCP technology and in stereoscopy with the Dolby 3D system and the new DOLBY ATMOS system.

Sala Kodak
This is a conference room designed by Kodak and seats sixty-four. It is also equipped for video-screenings on the big screen.
